Hanes Walker is the Owner of Walker & Associates and is a native of Charlotte.  A graduate of Myers Park High School and Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Finance.  Hanes began his career in real estate appraising in 1988 with a small local firm which he was instrumental in developing into a regional shop with a satellite office in Ashville, NC, over 10 Certified Appraisers and eventually becoming a Partner in the firm.  In 1994, Walker & Associates was created in an effort to focus more on the Charlotte Metro area and the exploding residential client base.  Over 13 years later, Hanes and Walker & Associates continues to provide Clients with superior service and expertise in the Charlotte Metro residential real estate market (including York Co. and Lancaster Co in SC).  Hanes is also a NC Licensed Building Contractor and a NC/SC Licensed Real Estate Broker.
