Owner, Realty Partners. Own and manage a boutique Real Estate sales office. Offering marketing services to Clients with special use properties and REO properties.

1997-1999

Staff Appraiser, Value-IT/Norwest Mortgage/Wells Fargo. Maintained a Staff Appraiser relationship to service the Charlotte operations of Norwest Mortgage which merged with Wells Fargo during this time. Responsibilities included providing appraisal services to L/O’s, Builder Services, and In-house Originators. Value-IT generally classifies “Staff Appraiser” as a full time position however it was agreed that I may continue managing Walker & Associates while new business was developed.
